Chef De Cuisine - Seabourn Cruises - Japanese Sushi Restaurant.

This role will see you in charge of a 30 cover restaurant onboard one of Seabourn's seriously luxurious ships. You should have a lot of experience working in Sushi restaurants preferably in Japan and definitely in fine dining. To be considered for the role you must also speak Japanese

Chef De Cuisine - Seabourn Cruises

This role will see you in charge of either one of the speciality restaurants or even in the main galley onboard. You should ahve experience working either on ships or in a large, multi outlet venue offering a high volume of excellent european cuisine

Executive Pastry Chef - Princess Cruises

Princess cruises operate a fleet of 19 ships visiting over 230 destinations each year. We are seeking very experienced Executive Pastry chefs with fine technical skills to work onboard with the pastry team to deliver the finest desserts, homemade chocolates, breads and other pastry items.

Princess cruises operates a fleet of 19 ships visiting more than 230 destinations each year. Our Team of onboard Pastry Chef de Parties make sure that their section is on track and on time to deliver great food to our guests. We like to keep our guests sweet teeth happy.

Chef de Partie - Holland America Line

Holland America Line operate  a fleet of 14 ships sailing all over the world.  Slightly smaller on average than some of the cruise lines offering mega ships they provide their guests with amazing experiences. As a CDP your role is to manage your section and team to ensure that our guests and crew are well taken care off.
